Two invention patents
Recently, our company has achieved another fruitful result in technological innovation. The two technologies, "An Axial Flow Regulating Valve with Reduced Mechanical Wear and Its Assembly Process" and "An Energy-Saving Three-Way Regulating Valve", which were independently developed, have officially obtained invention patent certificates issued by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. This marks a breakthrough in our company's core valve structure design and energy-saving technology, elevating our technological strength and innovation level to a new level.

The axial flow regulating valve, which has been granted a patent this time, directly addresses the industry pain points of traditional regulating valves, which are prone to wear and have a short lifespan under high-frequency and high-pressure differential conditions. Through the original design of the flow channel structure and guiding components, the erosion and mechanical wear of the medium on the valve internals are significantly reduced. Coupled with optimized assembly processes, the stability and consistency of the valve's long-term operation are ensured. This patented technology will greatly extend the service life of the valve under harsh conditions, reduce maintenance costs and downtime risks for customers, and is an ideal choice for applications with high reliability requirements such as petrochemical and power plant steam and water systems.
Another patent for an energy-saving three-way regulating valve focuses on optimizing system energy consumption. This innovative design achieves lower flow resistance and more precise temperature and pressure control during medium mixing or diversion through a unique valve core structure and flow distribution algorithm. Its core advantage lies in effectively reducing the additional pumping or compression work required by the system to overcome valve resistance, achieving energy saving and consumption reduction from the source. This valve is particularly suitable for process applications requiring precise temperature control, central air conditioning systems, and situations where efficient mixing of multiple fluids is necessary. It provides key technical support for green and low-carbon operations in fields such as chemical engineering, metallurgy, and central heating.
The acquisition of two invention patents not only serves as an authoritative recognition of our R&D team's innovation capabilities, but also vividly embodies our company's strategy of "driving product upgrades through technological innovation and guiding R&D direction based on customer needs". These patents will inject stronger technological competitiveness into our existing product matrix, assisting customers in addressing higher standard operating conditions and achieving safer, more efficient, and more economical production operations.
In the future, our company will continue to delve deeply into the field of fluid control, increase R&D investment, and focus on the direction of "intelligence, reliability, energy conservation, and environmental protection". We will continuously launch more innovative products and solutions with independent intellectual property rights, contributing solid strength to promoting technological progress and industrial upgrading in the industry.
